The ultimate Wedding planning experience. The Dream package is for the couple who is looking to enjoy their engagement, while being graciously guided each step of the way by a trusted professional.  Each couple’s vision and needs are different, so the Dream package is completely customized with any of the services listed below, to create the perfect combination.

  • Assistance with venue search and contract negotiation
  • Custom vendor referral list and attendance at vendor meetings
  • Proposal and contract reviews
  • Custom budget spreadsheet
  • As needed Conference Calls and/or In-Person planning meetings
  • Ongoing access to Diamond Events coordinator
  • Scheduling and attendance at design meetings with vendors and venue
  • Hotel block selection and management
  • Rental order placement (linens, furniture, tents, lighting, etc.)
  • Assistance with stationary wording and design
  • Hiring bridal party transportation
  • Attendance at menu selection and tasting
  • Attendance at details meeting with venue manager regarding floor plans and set up
  • Schedule floral and table décor mock-up, if possible
  • Review final Banquet Event Order
  • Confirm guest headcounts, vendor details and rental item quantities
  • Final details meeting
  • Distribute approved wedding day schedule to vendors
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Set up of personal items including placecards, programs, menus, favors, etc.
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
  • Coordination throughout your entire event by at least two coordinators
  • Oversee vendor load-ins/set up/breakdown

Princess

An innovative package for the couple who needs a bit of inspiration, a few reminders to stay on track and the guidance of an event professional throughout most of the wedding planning process. Maybe you enjoy negotiating with vendors, or have hit a snag along the way and want to be pointed in the right direction, then the Princess Package is perfect for you. By listening to the exact services you are interested in receiving, we can create an event that is showcases you as a couple.

  • Initial planning meeting with planner
  • Monthly Conference Calls and/or In-Person planning meetings
  • Provide a customized Planning Resource Guide with vendor referrals and interview questions
  • Provide a “Wedding Workbook” for you to complete 6 weeks prior, outlining all of the details of your wedding in writing
  • Monthly conference calls to review progress and monthly checklist
  • Review of contracts once couple selects vendors
  • Customized budget spreadsheet given to bride
  • Ongoing access to Diamond Events coordinator
  • Attendance at details meeting with catering manager regarding floor plans and set up, including floral and table décor mock-up, if possible
  • Review final Banquet Event Order from venue or caterer

After spending months designing and laying out the exact details of your wedding, you are ready to hand off your Masterpiece to the most trusted “Wedding Wizards” to ensure your vision comes to fruition. The Brilliance package allows us to step in a month prior to your wedding date to assist with planning and coordination tasks and last minute details. Having Diamond Events by your side, will let your sit back, relax and enjoy your wedding with friends and family.

  • Bi-monthly Conference Calls and/or In-Person planning meetings
  • Walk-through with Diamond Events coordinator at venue
  • Provide a “Wedding Workbook” for you to complete 6 weeks prior, outlining all of the details of your wedding in writing
  • One month prior to your wedding we will review all of your contracts and introduce ourselves to your vendors as your planner.
  • Review final Banquet Event Order from venue or caterer
  • Attend walk through at venue regarding floor plans and set up
  • Final details meeting with couple
  • Distribute approved wedding day schedule to vendors
  • Rehearsal coordination
  • Set up of personal items including escort cards, programs, menus, favors…
  • Distribute final payments and tips to vendors
  • Coordinator(s) stays through entire event
  • Oversee vendor load-ins/set up/breakdown

  • One month prior to your wedding we will review all of your contracts and introduce ourselves to your vendors as your planner.
  • Final details meeting with couple for 1 hour
  • Distribute the approved wedding day schedule to vendors the week before your wedding
  • Rehearsal coordination
